What to Expect in a Soul Streaming + Vibrational Alignment Session

These sessions offer a profoundly transformative experience, designed to help you find clarity, harmony, and alignment with your higher self, and to reconnect with your soul’s limitless wisdom and potential.

We begin our Zoom session by creating a safe and supportive space where you are invited to share whatever is on your heart—whether it’s challenges, questions, or areas where you feel stuck. This initial conversation allows us to connect deeply, clear limiting beliefs, and set a powerful intention for your session.

Following our dialogue, I attune to your energy field and higher self to facilitate a vibrational balancing.

Using intuitive energy healing practices, we work together to balance and harmonize the energies within your body, chakras, and light bodies that may be out of alignment. I will also Soul Stream as a vibrational activation designed to awaken what already lives with you:  your soul's knowing, your highest self, and your divine remembrance. 

Each session is a co-creation with your soul’s wisdom, offering you the energetic support, clarity, and activation needed to step fully into your highest alignment and expression.

The sacred soul baths are an immersive, multi-sensory experiences designed to help you reconnect with your self, regulate your nervous system, and feel deeply grounded while awakening to your true essence. Rooted in ancient practices and vibrational healing wisdom, each session is intentionally curated to foster balance, transformation and soul expansion. You will experience an awakening of you highest self and infinite potential.  

Through a beautifully sequenced and intuitively guided experience, you will be led through: 

Guided Meditation to bring stillness and clarity.

Poetic expression to awaken emotions and inspiration.

Gentle movement to release energy and deepen embodiment.

Aromatherapy to calm the mind and engage the senses.

Sound healing to restore harmony and balance.

Mindful breathing to soothe and regulate the nervous system.

Channeled intuitive guidance to bring insight and alignment.

The sacred soul baths are designed to help you feel more deeply rooted and connected to your multidimensional self, others and the world around you.  As you journey through this sacred and supportive space, you will experience a profound sense of groundedness, expansion, and inner peace. 

These online coaching sessions are designed to empower you to connect with your soul's infinite wisdom.  Together we'll unlock this inner guidance, helping you to live with greater clarity and purpose while embracing higher states of consciousness in your everyday life.  We will clear unconscious blocks, limiting beliefs, and the energy surrounding them that are keeping you from accessing, remembering, and embodying your soul's highest potential. 

We can have gratitude for our unconscious beliefs and patterns and the way in which they have served us, and with that gratitude and loving compassion, we can gently release them to be transmuted and exchanged for something higher.  When we do this a space is created inside where a rebalancing begins to occur.  This re-organizing naturally helps put us into alignment with Life, bringing about change at the deepest level. An inner power and resilience along with the limitless possibilities of the soul are awakened. 

Various techniques and methods will be used that will offer practical tools for your own self work and empowerment.  Energy-based Integrative practices, and channeled and intuitive guidance can be offered to support you in raising your vibration and frequency which leads to more joy, grace, ease, abundance, freedom and wellbeing.  

Partnering with horses can help shift our vibration and frequency as we learn and experience healthy connection and old unhealthy ways of connecting are transcended. All individual and group sessions, group workshops, and intensives can incorporate connection activities, partnering with horses, energy based therapies, movement, meditation and mindfulness activities.  All can be adapted to fit the needs of the individual or group.
